I would like to reassure all clients that I am keeping track of all the updates / advice of government, Public Health England and the World Health Organisation (WHO) regarding the ever-changing status of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and as such would like to assure you of the actions I am taking as a responsible therapy practitioner to provide a safe and continued duty of care in my provision of hypnotherapy to clients.
In line with this, I have been working with fellow practitioners and have implemented the following safety procedures and practice until further notice.
I have set up a new Hypno-Teletherapy™ service where, after a free telephone consultation, clients will be able to arrange a face-to-face initial consultation and subsequent hypnotherapy session(s) with me via Skype.
Hypnotherapy sessions via Skype are delivered with the same care and commitment as in-person sessions and working this way allows me, and clients who come into the “at risk” category, to adhere to the government social distancing guidelines and overall this means you can get the help that you need in the comfort and security of your own home, and all without putting yourself or others at risk whilst trying to maintain your health and well being in this unprecedented situation and at this challenging time.
At this time of uncertainty we find ourselves in, hypnotherapy may help you with feelings of panic, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, PTSD, loneliness, binge and comfort eating, and more!

A New Year – A New Head!
Well, almost! Are things in life continually not working out for you, or as planned? Do you keep finding yourself in the same situations, with the same miserable habits, resulting in unhappy thoughts? If so, you cannot change your head of course but you can change your way of thinking to achieve success in the areas you desire by retraining your brain.
Retrain Your Brain
Retraining your brain may help you to turn negative thoughts and behaviours into positive ones, allowing you to take control of your life, and be HAPPY!
H – Habits: Do you keep eating unhealthy foods and don’t know why? Do you eat even when you are not hungry?
A – Addictions: Is your day filled with compulsive activities and behaviours? Do you feel compelled to smoke, drink, or clean?
P – Phobias: Do you find yourself planning your day to avoid something that is making your life a misery?
P – Procrastination: Are you tired of feeling unable to get on with certain things in life? Do you avoid difficult tasks and deliberately look for distractions? Do you put things off until the last minute and make excuses for not doing something?
Y – You: Does everyone in your life come first leaving you without any “me” time? Who is responsible for making the positive changes you desire?
If you have identified, or answered “yes” to any of the above and want to find out how you can change your life, contact Dr. Jacqueline Preston now to find out more!
